Account Registration & Eligibility

By registering at 5a55, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet all legal requirements to play in Bangladesh. 5a55 is open to residents of Bangladesh and authorized territories only. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Each player is permitted only one active account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited. 5a55 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and suspend all associated accounts without notice or refund.

Your Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password. 5a55 will never ask for your password via email or phone call. Any activity on your account is your responsibility, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals authorized using your credentials.

You must notify 5a55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 5a55 is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials unless you have notified us in writing within 24 hours of discovering the breach. Account security depends on your vigilance and caution.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Withdrawals & Verification

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for your deposit, or to an alternative verified account. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,500, and your daily withdrawal limit is ৳60,000 (limits vary by VIP tier). Withdrawals typically complete within 20 minutes during business hours.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Incomplete or unclear documents will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit.

Bonuses & Promotions

5a55 offers promotional bonuses including a Welcome Bonus on first deposit and ongoing Reload Bonuses for qualifying players. All bonuses must be wagered 10 times (10× wagering requirement) before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings from wagered bonus funds are withdrawable.

Bonuses are valid for 7 days from issuance and expire automatically if not claimed or wagered within this window. You may forfeit an unused bonus at any time. Game Rules & Fair Play

Account Suspension & Closure

5a55 may suspend or close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory compliance. Suspended accounts are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 7 days before appeal review. You may request permanent self-exclusion, which becomes irreversible after 30 days.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance is held in trust for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed funds are forfeited in accordance with Bangladesh gaming regulations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in cases of system error or legal requirement.
